Brendan is the Global Head of Compliance and Enterprise Risk at ClearBridge Investments. He joined the firm in 2005 and has 29 years of investment industry experience.
Brendan joined ClearBridge as a Compliance Manager, was named Head of Business Risk Management in 2017, and became Global Head of Compliance and Enterprise Risk in 2023. Prior to joining ClearBridge, he was a Senior Compliance Analyst at Schroder Investment Management North America; Supervisor of Proprietary Trading at The Falconwood Corporation; and Compliance Examiner at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Brendan received a B.S. in finance from Baruch College.
