John is the Chief Operating Officer at ClearBridge Investments. He leads a global team of operations, technology, cybersecurity, portfolio analytics and finance personnel. He joined the firm in 2003 and has 25 years of investment industry experience and 5 years of prior technology experience.
John joined the firm as a Project Manager/Business Analyst handling trading systems, was named Head of Operations and Technology in 2005, and became Chief Operating Officer in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, John was the Co-Founder and Senior Partner at both Bluerise Consulting and Collective Intelligence, providing innovative technology solutions across industries.
John received a B.S. in engineering from Clarkson University.
